Gong bath is for everyone... you don't need to do or prepare anything before, just come as you are, in comfy cloth, lay down and enjoy the healing vibration of the gong. The session will be ca 40 min gong play, then 15 min silence - this is for YOU with YOU!
There will be yoga mat, blankets and pillow available for your comfort!
